By PoC, the article apparently means two black folks that were walking by, at least one nervy black lady, someone that described himself as Lakota Sioux, and someone the article describes as a son of South Indian parents. Right there, that’s more PoC than ever fought for the Lost Cause of slavery and Southern white supremacy, “one of the worst for which a people ever fought, and one for which there was the least excuse.”
