I am surprised that this is the first time I have seen Linda's Low Carb. Thanks for sharing. Time to start messing around with bread recipes!
It's not a fancy blog or anything, but it's been around forever and I've genuinely found her commentary to be helpful. I also really like that she posts recipes with variations based on her trying to experiment/improve the recipe as well, regardless of her success in doing so. If you have success with a recipe, you should post it when you're done!
