Cat terrorizes a neighborhood
Rockland County, New York - Cats-- they're not usually very scary... but one in a New York neighborhood is really freaking people out. It's been running around, scratching people and attacking dogs. It has one family so scared, they only feel safe hiding in their pool, surrounded by water. Another family was forced to stay with a relative in another city, after the cat sat on their welcome mat, just waiting to attack when they came out. Needless to say, the cat wasn't welcome.
