Dylans Mobile bookstore sounds and looks like a blast.
I've been to Shakespeare and Co a couple of times, it's definitely worth a visit.
I found a very unique bookshop in Inverness, Scotland and recommend it!

We have Archives in Brisbane which may not be as good as some on that list, but it's an amazing store.
