That's not Walmart's car seat. They're only selling it.
How does it slip your mind for more than two minutes that there's a baby in the car?
That's a logical step. There are cars that beep annoyingly if someone's not wearing a seatbelt while the car's on, why not some beeping or a "jingle" if a baby's wearing a seatbelt when the car's turned off.
