I'm interested in what you guys think about this issue. While the house prices are only at this level in Auckland itself, it will inevitably begin to have an effect on the rest of the nation as priced-out Aucklanders seek to buy elsewhere, thus pushing up supply in other markets. What, if anything, is to be done about the amount of foreign investment coming through - is it something we need to address? If so, how?
