Nintendo Unveils SNES Classic – Coming Out in September, Includes Unreleased Star Fox 2
Nintendo has just unveiled the SNES Classic Edition- the follow up to the NES Classic, the SNES Classic is a diminutive version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System with 21 games built-in, including The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Star Fox and Super Metroid. Just like the NES Classic, the SNES Classic will be compatible with modern televisions, plugging in via HDMI- it ships with a pair of SNES controllers, for multiplayer goodness right out of the box.

It's hard to get excited about something that'll probably not be seen in the wild. As with the NES Classic, I'd love one but chances of actually getting one seem minimal.
Wait why was there an unreleased Starfox 2?
Apparently it wasn't finished? IIRC the ROM has been floating around for a while, but now it'll be made available in its entirety.
It was a direct sequel to the first game on SNES that was about 95% finished, until Nintendo scrapped it very late in development, because they feared that the game's primitive 3D graphics would be compared to the superior graphical capabilities of the PlayStation, which came out around time time of Star Fox 2's near-release.
Of course, leaked builds of the game eventually came out, and the game was pretty much almost finished.
