Why do they use dark balls? Wouldn't light colored balls reflect more of the heat radiation from the sun? Hotter water evaporates easier than colder, and also makes bacteria thrive.
Seems like something out of a cartoon. I guess it is an OK short term solution buy seems weird to me. The video of them filling it was cool though.
