Available IPv4 address blocks have dried up, now there’s a waiting list
Businesses wanting to get their own IPv4 addresses are going to have a hard time: ARIN has run out of large blocks.

I'm already sitting behind DS-Lite with my ISP, really fucking annoying not being able to host anything that doesn't use IPv6.
There are still smaller blocks, nothing that could fulfill the needs of Comcast or Amazon Web Services, though.
It's also important to note that ISPs have large troves of unused IPv4 addresses, so the big names won't run out any time soon.
I wonder what the return on investment would be for a whole block purchased in the 90's ... https://xkcd.com/195/
