I have not noticed a lot of bands covering Phish, even though of course Phish is well known for covering the hits of other bands. Is this because the members of Phish are just so much more musically talented and able to cover anything while their own works are very complex and difficult, or do the works of Phish simply not lend themselves to outside interpretation?
