I feel like it's a very different thing if law enforcement wants to use facial recognition versus private companies. This is in part why I don't like or use Apple products.
I feel the same way. I did not even know Apple demanded a picture of you. That's just creepy.
I don't know about any of that.Seems like hooey to me. Something tells me, though, fair-minded people could agree that featuring facial recognition technology in their smartphones is at least a step or two from setting up checkpoints on the streets, lining everyone up against a wall and making everyone say cheese.
