Tucson Day Trip: Kitt Peak Observatory
Tucson is famous for it's stargazing. Some of the country's heavy hitters, astronomically speaking, are here in the city & just outside. Located on the Tohono O'odham nation's land, Kitt Peak Observatory primarily studies the sun. With a beautiful view, prisitine nature and a view that cannot be beat, it's a perfect road trip destination with the family, on a first date or for seasoned road warriors alike. Join my family and I as we escape the city for higher climes on Kitt Peak.
