Net Neutrality Rules Upheld by Federal Court
High-speed internet service can be defined as a utility, a federal court has ruled, a decision clearing the way for more rigorous policing of broadband providers and greater protections for web users. The decision from a three-judge panel at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Tuesday comes in a case about rules applying to a doctrine known as net neutrality, which prohibit broadband companies from blocking or slowing the delivery of internet content to consumers.

Good news for all of the internet, but this war is just heating up.
How long until they try to defeat it again?
AT&T already announced they knew it would end up going to the Supreme Court and they are looking forward to the appeal.
I'd say next year,tops.

Personally I hope it goes before this current Supreme Court before Clinton or Trump get to appoint somebody, it's damn refreshing to see cases heard where there needs to be a compromise rather than a majority rule.
