Barramundi is a really lovely fish to eat but REALLY?
This reminds me of the black manta rays in Hamelin Bay- a whole family cruise in every morning and afternoon and come right to the waters edge. Beautiful gentle giants. Lots of people make a special trip to go and see them. Some maniacs decided to spear one and cut it up on the beach- in front of holidaymakers, little kids etc. blood everywhere, bits of manta ray, screaming kids. The people who were doing the deed had no understanding whatsoever that what they were doing was in any way wrong.
Woah, I didn't know that someone chopped up mantas at Hamelin Bay, and in front of kids. That is messed up!
Ironically, he was called Stumpy
It was still alive when they chopped it up in front of everyone! Looks like the rays there are now protected.
Stumpy didn't die in vain :)
