Outage causes fish kill at federal science center in W.Va.
An official says a recent fish kill at the U.S. Geological Survey’s Leetown Science Center will have a minimal impact on research. The center studies environmental factors that affect the health of fish and other aquatic organisms, including water quality, disease and genetic factors.
