Saints Row 2 - Currently free on GoG
Saints Row 2 is currently available for free on GoG for a limited time. It's usually $13 so grab it while you can. Make sure to download the Gentleman of the Row mod for it, which fixes a lot of small issues and makes playing the game on PC a pretty decent experience. The game also supports coop as well, which is a blast.
