1982 Ford Mustang GT Enduro Prototype Coupe
In 1982 Ford built three Mustang GT Enduro Prototype Coupes to promote the IMSA racing Mustangs that were competing in major North American endurance events. The three GT Enduros were built to significantly out-perform the factory original Mustangs of the era, and its likely that they would have done relatively well on the race track themselves if they’d been given the opportunity.
