Seems silly it needs to be said, but apparently it does. The talk's good though and goes a bit deeper into the issue. The questions after the talk also bring up the point that the reason we so love (or the game studios love) the whole cinematic thing is because movies are seen as a higher form of art for some reason. That is hopefully something that can be addressed as time goes on because the focus on the non-interactive parts of the experience can be quite frustrating when all you want to do is play the game.
