What to make the first post for this tribe was not an easy decision. In the end, I chose this video of Steve Ballmer absolutely losing his mind, getting his crowd amped up for the presentation he was starting. Hype is a beautiful thing, whether it's in an impossible moment, or when someone is simply really good at getting a theater on their feet.
