I don't know if all elections have been like this one, but I find every single candidate terrible on both sides
You should look at bernie sanders then, he might have a strong socialist side to him but he's also very much for the average american and stands by his word. He's always been on the "correct side of history" with his views and has never flip flopped any where near what any other candidate has done (I.E. Hilary's stance on gay marriage).
