And this is why I firmly believe that all pharmaceutical companies should be taken over by governments and forced to make drugs that save lives, even if they don't make money off them. Sanofi is the same damn company that is currently charging $250 a bottle for Lantus insulin, while bogging down the making of generics with baseless patent lawsuits (the drug ended its patents this year.) When I first started prescribing Lantus it cost roughly $80 a bottle. And the only reason the price went up is so Sanofi can make as much money off the product as it can before generics are ordered to be allowed onto the market. So, fuck Sanofi, and fuck profiting off the health of human beings.

Sounds like it'll soon become profitable again.
