One of the ways I stay organized...
As a dad, IT professional, gamer, YouTuber, movie/TV addict, and many other things... My lists were out of control. Trello helps me stay organized.
I get so much more done using this software. I highly recommend it.

Interesting. After looking it over, wondering whether taking it up will net any savings in time and effort short term.
I noticed an improvement almost immediately. Having it on my phone and via web, made staying on top of tasks easy. I even use it for processing thumbnails with my graphic designer for my YouTube channel. The labels and custom lists are handy. Dragging and dropping between lists or even moving tasks to a different board.
I've been planning a master bathroom remodel between my wife and myself using Trello. The shopping lists and "ideas" are all easily tracked.
Maybe try it out for one type of item or a shopping list... I like that it allows me to keep track of the books I've read and where I've left off if I have to wait for the next book to become available.
