Park Service dissolves rafting unit after harassment charges
The unit of Grand Canyon National Park that ran river trips has been dismantled following a report by a federal watchdog that found a longstanding pattern of sexual harassment there.

Unfortunately, instead of actually doing something about the men involved, they simply dissolved the river district. All the men from the story in the related link are still employed and presumably free to prey on women in other positions within the National Park Service.
