I seem to remember reading back in the 1970's or 80's that there was only 1 unemployed person in Switzerland, he was a hermit. This couldn't possibly be the same person, right? I want to say it was a Guinness World Record thing. Does anybody else remember that?
I don't think so. After looking into it it seems they posted this position before in 2014, that article says this hired hermit position is a 600 year old tradition. I'll put a link to it in case anyone is interested.
