Aaaw, 7 more miles and the competition would have been 5000km.
That's some serious dedication! Doing over two marathons every day, 18 hours a day. Wow.
I'm sure someone is going to create a 5000K race now.
But yeah, just wow! I can't imagine running that mileage every day, let alone for 40 days straight. No wonder it is called "Self-Transcendence"; after running that long around 1 block in NYC, you're bound to have some kind of out of body experience.
