I stumbled upon the one in Maastricht while visiting that city a couple of years ago. It's absolutely awesome to be there, browse through all their books and just enjoy the location. It's currently #2 in 'things to do in Maastricht' at Tripadvisor.

I always liked The Globe Bookstore in Prague. I remember watching Obama's inauguration there in 2009.
