Terraria devs continue to release massive updates years after the release of their game, meanwhile hundreds fail to complete their games beyond early access. Incredible work, Relogic!

Yep. This is how to be an indie dev.

I've had Terraria for a few years, but I found I wasn't very interested in it when I bought it. I should really give it another go.

It really is a great game. Had it for quite some time without playing it and decided to give it a go recently. Played nothing else for weeks making my ice castle haha.

I started again last night. There's so much new stuff! I found the backgrounds to change a bit too quickly in my world, though, so I had to turn them off, which was a shame, since I thought the parallax scrolling looked really cool.

I haven't had that problem on any of my worlds and it does look really cool :P

This update is amazing, I'm really enjoying it with my friend so far. Especially with expert mode which makes things a really fun challenge.

The patch was only 40mb too. Shows graphics don't matter

Graphics do matter, but to a lesser extent than gameplay itself.

Wow, that list is really impressive. The amount of Bugfixes alone is amazing, and then all the new stuff. Guess I have to start a new world.

Any information if this is coming to mobile as well?

I haven't gotten into this update too much yet, I hope to soon though! I can't believe they've added so much to this game since launch

I bought this game shortly after it came out, and put maybe 15 minutes into it and completely forgot about it. There seems to be very hyped up right now, but the game seems very daunting as a new player... Anyone have any resources to easy new players ways into the game?

Other developers should take note. This is the way to do DLC.

Might get back into it. Had a lot of fun in 1.0.

I really loved playing this on my tablet. Is there any news on a Mac release?

Hopefully Max & Linux will be out later this month :)

Terraria works fine in Wine though, thankfully.

I've seen talk about a Mac and Linux release in July.
