From the description of the original video, she was already thrown out once because of her behavior, only to come back and then the video begins, showing her with the first attack and provoking the extremely short fight with a person who has nearly a foot and 100 pounds on her.

It sucks she was hit, but in a situation like this, it is hard to feel sympathy. As soon as she threw the first attack, it became a matter of self-defense for the man, supported by the attempted push away from her, followed by her grabbing his hand and attempting to strike him again. If this goes to court, he will likely be the victor. For crying out loud, upon getting back to her feet, she is even being pushed out of frame, yelling and trying to get at him once more.

I feel the manager was in the right in the glimpse of the situation the video and description provided me. I would not have personally taken it to that level, but I do not believe I would find much to condemn him for.
