Every year they forget those people a little more and even worse, the victims and bystanders of that day have now started developing the same cancers, I don't think they are able to collect ever on it to help pay their health bills. These people should be given the Congressional Health plan and that bill should have no expiration date or one that is estimated well outside those people's natural lifetimes.
