Well, well, well....an HR company with an HR problem. Oh, it's not their own management problem, it's the employees. This is a growing trend in business...hire these new fangled pro's to manage your path through the new way of doing business. I see it happening everywhere...the new enlightened ones managing people through science. Digital Taylorism. The key to success with these this new breed of parasites is to manage your people through algorithms. Don't work with them as if it might be someone you might know or, gosh forbid you may like or see promise in for the good of your group , because science will tell you otherwise!
