What does the SNP losing so many seats mean for their independence efforts? I assume probable death.
With a hung parliament, what happens with Brexit now, the tight timetable to get it done in two years means they needed a majority, doesn't it? A hung parliament looks like you guys are going to be like the US now, nothing can get done, although you do have 3rd parties and can coalition.
The next months ahead will be consumed by calls of May stepping down.. more months not focused on Brexit. Yes, it is a deeply divided country, has been, but this is the second event, referendum on Brexit and now this that shows there is no clear majority. I am only visiting London. I do a lot of business in Europe, and am on a biz trip now.
Scottish independence is dead
Results are a disaster for May. They have a hung Parliament.
