China collects everything. Purchases, tax records, travel, business transactions both BtB and BtC , social media participation, now facial recognition and it is all centrally catalogued and stored. There is no other big data bank like it in the world. It will without a doubt become the preeminent power in AI.
Right up until AI becomes the preeminent power in China.
For sure patient zero. Pretty scary really.
