This and other instances like this are going to lead to some sort of internet ID, maybe even tied to a social security number(which of course will then be hacked) It's quite a conundrum and will be made even worse as AI develops.
We'll see groups like the ACLU put up a fight at first due to the 4th & 5th Amendment implications but eventually like with all societies, little by little we lose to the all powerful in the name of public safety and if not for that then for the kids!
