    New camera system would record people inside vehicles as they enter and leave US, raising civil liberties concerns

    And in a few months will expand to the entire border which the US Customs and Border Patrol says is 100 miles inland from the border or coasts. Which covers 2/3 of Americans according to the ACLU.
