Well it's nice to finally see some positive news for rights and/or privacy.
And if a judge is willing to issue a warrant on request, even without good reason, this ruling becomes instantly irrelevant. A for effort though.
Does anyone actually think this law will be respected by law enforcement? No way in hell.
Hard to believe it was that close of a decision honestly.
