Anyone who even attempts to link Conservatism to Trump, is an idiot.
I think it's great how you can dress up stark, sneering contempt in so many creative ways.
Actually being terse, is none of that
Now that you've practiced/displayed your usual insult(s),
do you feel better?
Like that, right there! A lot of people might’ve sifted through their recollections and tried to sort out whether they may’ve been a little overly negative lately. Not you, though. You’ve got an ebullience of spirit that doesn’t get bogged down in self-awareness, or pesky insight into your own behavior. No, you know what to do, and you do it. By spooning ladle after rich, steaming ladle of sour scorn on whoever’s or whatever's nearby. It's, like, your signature move. Constancy. Sweet constancy.
Other than your "feeling better",
nothing of substance/matter can be resolved by your attributions.
Don't feel like you have to make any kind of a neutral or positive comment right away. Play it cool, let things die down a little bit and then sometime you have a genuine emotion other than sneering contempt, see if you can get a word in edgewise with it. Or you might try to hover on that next 'LOL' for a minute, work on that, and take it from there until it's got a little bit more to it than the usual Bronx cheer. It's a suggestion.
