Beauracracy is what has happened to playgrounds and lots of other things, on a planet of 7 Billion and growing we have more injury accidents than ever before, but nobody stops to counter with maybe it's because the population has doubled... I'm just saying destroying fun things because a certain number get injured is crazy. Yes, I realize this doesn't apply to everything... no I don't think we should be able to go as fast as possible screw those that kill themselves doing it... I'm just saying the Merry-go-round is fun as hell and assholes took it away from my children.
