Just to clarify, by "scavenger" they mean thief, if the accusations against him in the article were true. Supposedly, there were complaints of him stealing from the property one of the guy's who killed him over the course of a year before the killing. In fact, the last time anyone saw him alive was when he left some of his friends, telling them that he was going to go steal again from the property of the murderer.
I'm not saying killing him was right, especially when he was already caught in the act that last time and could've just been charged with the crimes he committed. Seems like all of the people involved really need to be charged. But, the title of the article is biased, making it seem like the murdered guy was completely innocent of wrongdoing.
