Sadly, this seems to be a human condition. It happens everywhere and through out recorded history. The terminology may be different, but the activities are identical...conquer, subjugation, marginalization, rinse and repeat. If you look at Chinese history, its the same, now dominated by the Han Chinese. You can't exactly call it yellow supremacy since they are all Chinese, the patterns are the same.
