Surely the terms of use of service mitigate any responsibility on behalf of Facebook, let alone its CEO?
I mean it would be even bigger of a stretch to sue Intel because they supply hardware for servers which run Facebook software but it seems plausible if you follow this line of reasoning where a service provider is liable for service users' abuse of laws. I'm pretty sure Facebook has the standard boilerplate in their terms of use agreement whereby by using their service, the user agrees that the service provided is at the user's discretion to use in accordance with local laws.
