There were so many people out to get the Kennedy's by the time of Houston. I read a book many years ago, Double Cross that went into depth of the entanglement of the mob, CIA and even the Kennedy family. Keep in mind the Kennedy money came from Joe Kennedy's bootlegging during prohibition...and gee whiz...how about the vote close vote in Chicago to get his son, John, in the Whitehouse, helped by Sam Giancana, mob ruler of Chicago.
