This is a very interesting topic that was brought up. Should psychologist be seen as medical personnel or combatants?
What about this: If psychologists should not develop torture procedures, should they be allowed to work in Psychological Operations units where they push propaganda to demoralize the enemy?
Where is the boundary?
What about this: If a psychologist is licensed for clinical practice, then they should be considered medical and follow the Hippocratic Oath. If not, then they are not bound by it. If they were licensed and want to break the Hippocratic Oath, then they have to relinquish their license.
