"If you have a tattoo that draws attention to yourself, you have to ask the question, are you a person who is committed to the Army?" Are you fucking for real? Tattooing is a form of self-expression. To anyone who doesn't like them: get over it. You're being picky as fuck and you're taking your personal opinions a step too far.
