Sapporo may delay its Olympic bid after scandal

Yashuhiro Yamashita, the head of the Japanese Olympic Committee, said Monday Sapporo may delay its bid for the Winter Olympics, going for 2034 instead of 2030, and added he planned to hold talks with Sapporo Mayor Katsuhiro Akimoto for further discussion.
