Charges dropped against UCF students accused of gang rape
Prosecutors will not pursue charges against two University of Central Florida students accused of gang rape. David Anthony Kirk, 20, and Jack Ryan Smith, 26, were accused of forcing a woman to have sex with them while she was too drunk to consent at an off-campus party at a fraternity’s party house. The Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office filed a notice on Thursday saying the case was “not suitable for prosecution.”
