should we really be thinking about limiting the amount of posts someone can make?
I guess it depends on the purpose of leveling. Currently, leveling alters the amount of users and tribes you can follow. I don't know the intended purpose of this, but my interpretation is that those limits are there to ease you into the snapzu community. Wouldn't limiting posts/comments/votes accomplish the same thing? Or would that accomplish the opposite and ease the community into the user?
I'm not necessarily saying this should be done, I'm just using the Morning Coffee thread to think out loud.
Agreed, I think this place is great for getting people addicted to sharing stuff and that's a very good thing considering most people tend to lurk. The good thing is, the leveling calms down as you reach higher levels, so people relax over time but still remain active due to it being fun to do so.
That wasn't my MO, but I suspect you are closer to the majority than I am. Right off the bat, I was hooked by the leveling system, but I wanted to ease my way in to posting. You can look at my profile and see that I still rarely post content, but I frequently comment on other posts.

No idea is a bad idea, I'm glad you mentioned it because we get to discuss it.
I dunno, some things are bad ideas.
Those are awesome! :D
What are those? umbrellas for ants???
No, they are for shoes.
Or possibly a part of the shoe.
