Nice! I lived in San Antonio for a year but I went to Austin a few times. Such a cool city :) I bet it's nice and warm there right now too. Meanwhile I'm sitting here freezing my ass off about to light the fireplace >.<
Yeah. I am not a fan of the cold. Austin remains my favorite place in the world- the people, the music and the food. Oh, yeah and the bars. There's nothing better than a breakfast taco and hot salsa to start the morning. Fireplace? I would have turn my thermostat down!
Oh my god yes the food. My favorite was chicken quasadillas or fajitas with tons of jalapenos and tons of sour cream. Now I make them at home but it's not the same :( Especially not my fajitas. I suck at making them compared to you guys!
EDIT: Also, bean soup. But I can make that almost exactly the same, so at least there's that :)
