I'm worried that a significant wage increase will just bring in automation to replace the human jobs. I can't imagine it would be all that difficult or expensive to make chicken nuggets and hamburgers with machines.
Some fast food locations already are testing self checkout machines where you go in and order the food on your own and only see a person when they bring you the food.

Especially when 80% of the process from Chicken to Stomach is already done by machines.
