Reddit was nice while it lasted. The original premise of the readers/users deciding what was worthy of taking a look at though up or down votes has degenerated into petty dictatorships where politically motivated mods can eliminate any speech or speaker they disapprove of. Ostensibly the changes were made to draw in corporate advertising, but in reality all it has done is champion censorship. Aaron Swartz would not recognize what has now become of his dream :(.
