It really isn't about what other people tweet back in this situation. It's the fact that he instigated the whole exchange in the first place... I felt it was tasteless and embarrassing for Neil. He's a super smart guy, and I love what hes doing to further science, but I disagree with what he did and I thought he was intelligent enough to anticipate what his actions can do. It was an obvious and intentional troll, period.
